Dina Perez
Dina Perez has over 30 years of Martial Arts experience in the art of WuShu. Her specialities include Double Long Tassel Straight Sword and Daggers vs Spear, and she has a passion for choreographing group sets.
Dina’s accomplishments include:
- 1991 U.S. Team Member. Competed in Beijing, China, placing 5th in the world in Women’s Broad Sword and receiving an Award of Excellence for her Snake set
- 1991 U.S. Women’s Nan Chuan Champion
- Appeared in “Women of China Magazine” and “Inside Kung Fu Magazine”
- 2021 ICMAC Hall of Famer
- Co-Chair of Arizona Senior Olympics Tai Chi Division
Dina has dedicated her Martial Arts career to promoting Wushu and teaching her students to embrace cultural diversity. Dina currently practices Tai Chi and is often called upon to judge modern Wushu tournaments across the nation and abroad.
