When are qualified athletes able to register for qualifying events?
Please note: If you're registering for a qualifying event, you won't be able to register until your qualifying State Senior Games sends complete results to the NSGA and the NSGA verifies them. Check each state’s results status below.

- The NSGA cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
Confirmation Emails
Upon completion of online registration, you will receive two emails: a receipt and an official confirmation letter. If you don’t receive these within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If they’re not there, please e-mail registration@nsga.com.
Team Registration
- The team manager/captain must register a team online before team members can add themselves to the team roster.
- Reminder: Each team member must register and sign a waiver. When team managers register the team online, they will be able to send email invites directly to their team members.
- Teams that register by paper must submit a signed waiver for each team member.
- Team additions can be made online or by filling out this form (coming soon) until the final registration deadline.
- Team members are subject to the one-time $12 processing fee. (see processing fee)

Refund Policy
Refunds are available with no explanation, minus a $30 admin fee, until Wednesday, April 21, 2027. The $12 one-time 2027 processing fee is non-refundable. To request a refund on or before Wednesday, April 21, 2027, contact NSGA at registration@nsga.com.. No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, April 21, 2027.
