Be Your Personal Best...FOR LIFE!

Since 2013, NSGA has presented an additional definition of “personal best” that senior athletes exemplify, and that anyone can achieve. It’s not about a peak moment in time or distance in sports; it’s about overcoming challenges and obstacles, staying motivated throughout your life, and inspiring others by your example. This results in greater longevity and a healthy, active lifestyle – and that is your Personal Best!

These extended athlete conversations offer a variety of themes to illustrate how anyone can reap the benefits of being more active in whatever way they do it. Of course, we believe the Senior Games Movement offers the most “fitness, fun and fellowship” to be found anywhere!
