Jay B. Hall
Jay’s career began with NSGA in Houston as the Registration Manager at the 2011 Summer National Senior Games presented by Humana, where he worked directly with the local organizing committee managing registration and supporting all corporate staff where needed. He joined the NSGA team full time in April of 2012 as Director of Digital Services with responsibility for all technology including the NSGA Website and information systems required for efficient organizational operation.
In January 2014, Jay took a new opportunity as the Director of Venue Management for the 2015 World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) and was then promoted to Senior Director of Venues and Competition for those games in 2015. He returned to NSGA in a different role managing the NSGA Website and serving as NSGA’s graphic design artist. For the 2022 National Senior Games Presented by Humana, Jay’s role has greatly expanded to include operational planning and management of many key functions for The Games. Jay’s prior experience with other major events such as the 150-day United States Bowling Congress Open Championship, four Super Bowls, a few music festivals, a final four and six years and counting with Comicpalooza also prepared him well to be an event professional.
Jay is an avid athlete, competing as a member of the Louisiana State University Bowling Team and playing baseball for the Newman University Baseball Team. He also has quite the golf game, with a handicap of 3, and he is ready to get out on the course at every opportunity. Jay received a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Sports Management from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Business in Management from Newman University.
