Credential Disclaimer

This badge provides identification for the 2023 National Senior Games presented by Humana. It is a non transferable, personal license and must be clearly displayed at all times. It is evidence that the bearer has been authorized to enter assigned venues and areas. This credential is the property of the 2023 National Senior Games presented by Humana and the National Senior Games Association, and is revocable at any time, with or without cause.

The bearer:

1. Consents to careful search and inspection of him/herself and his/her articles and belongings for prohibited items and/or confiscation of prohibited items;

2. Assumes all risk and danger incidental to attendance and participation in the events;

3. Grants irrevocable permission to the 2023 National Senior Games presented by Humana and the National Senior Games Association and its assignees to utilize the bearer’s voice, image and likeness in connection with any broadcast or other recording of the events, without compensation.
