The Prairie Meadows Pool at the Wellmark YMCA in downtown Des Moines will host all Swimming events for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana. The Olympic-size pool is a 20-lane, 25-yard short course pool with depths ranging from 10'8" to 7'. Each lane is 8'3" wide and is equipped with Colorado Time Systems touchpads and Paragon starting blocks. A separate, 4-lane, 25-yard warmup pool will be available nearby throughout the competition, as will locker rooms for athletes' use. Concessions are available on-site, and the venue has ample stadium bleacher seating at a bird's-eye view. Skywalks connect the YMCA to nearby parking garages, hotels and restaurants.

The Racquetball competition will take place at the Patty and Jim Cownie Courts at the Wellmark YMCA, located in downtown Des Moines. There are eight regulation-size racquetball courts, each with wood floors and suitable lighting. Spectator seating will be a combination of chairs and bleachers, and restrooms will be open nearby. Locker rooms and showers will be available to athletes free of charge, and other amenities such as the indoor walking track, weight facility, bouldering wall, sauna, whirlpool and steam room will be available at an additional charge. Skywalks connect the YMCA to nearby parking garages, hotels and restaurants.
