Maryland

Maryland Senior Olympics SportsFest

This event is for existing Maryland Senior Olympics athletes wanting to learn more about MSO's other sports and seniors interested in joining MSO for the first time. Sports demonstrated at the sportsfest include bocce, cornhole, disc golf, horseshoes, pickleball, shuffleboard, table tennis and tennis. MSO athletes and sports coordinators will be on hand to teach, demonstrate and answer questions.

This event is free and open to anyone age 50 and above. We welcome groups from senior centers, clubs, recreation leagues, friends and family, and anyone looking for safe, fun, cost-friendly sports activities with a super group.

The Massachusetts Senior Games is offering two free clinics to try six low-impact sports! These sports - Shuffleboard, Disc Golf, Pickleball, Basketball Shoot, Cornhole, Power Walk and/or Bocce - support safe participation for those with health or mobility limitations. The clinics are free and for people ages 40+.

MSO Pentathlon "Get to Know the Games"

Michigan Senior Olympics, in partnership with the Clinton Township Senior Adult Life Center, invites adults ages 50+ to try the Games Pentathlon on Thursday, March 26. This fun, low-pressure event introduces participants to multiple Senior Olympic sports in a guided, tutorial format—no experience required!

Participants may choose a morning session (9–11:30 a.m.) or afternoon session (1–3:30 p.m.) featuring Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis, Cornhole, Darts and DanceSport.

All participants will receive lunch, a medal and an event t-shirt. This event is free.
