Kate Olscamp

Kate’s career spans roles in education, community engagement, business marketing, health communications and fitness program coordination. Prior to joining NSGA as the Social Media Manager in 2024, she managed the federal Move Your Way campaign as a Health Communications Fellow at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and served as Communications Coordinator for the National Physical Activity Plan Alliance. In 2026, Kate expanded her role with NSGA to include directing the internship program, providing communications support to NSGA Member Organizations, and leading community outreach related to the Mile for the Ages at the 2027 Games in Tulsa.
Kate holds a master’s degree in physical activity and public health from the University of South Carolina and dual bachelor’s degrees in kinesiology and business administration. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, swimming, biking, hiking, participating in an intergenerational book club and practicing improv.
