Elayna Richard
Athlete Relations Manager

Elayna Richard serves as Athlete Relations Manager for the National Senior Games Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in dance from Valparaiso University and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University.

As a licensed occupational therapist, Elayna has worked with pediatric and adult populations in multiple practice settings for the last 14 years.

Elayna's involvement with NSGA started in 2019, when she and her husband, Patrick, attended the National Senior Games in Albuquerque to cheer on Patrick's grandpa as he competed in Golf. The experience was undeniably transformational, and in 2022, they returned as volunteers for The Games in Fort Lauderdale. The Richard family continued celebrating and supporting the organization in a volunteer capacity until the 2025 Games, when Elayna had the opportunity to join the staff as an Athlete Check-In Manager. In 2026, she stepped into her current role as Athlete Relations Manager.

Helping others live vibrantly is Elayna's passion, and she enjoys supporting Senior Games athletes throughout their journeys.
