Becky Sewell joined the National Senior Games Association in 2014 as Director of Athlete Relations and transitioned to Director of Association Relations in 2018. In her current role, she serves as the primary staff liaison to the NSGA Board of Directors and Member Organizations.

Before joining NSGA, Becky worked with the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Topeka/Shawnee County, where she directed the Kansas Senior Olympics and oversaw senior recreation programming. She was also an original member of the Task Force for the Kansas Relatives as Parents Program.

Becky has a long history of involvement with NSGA, having served on the Board of Directors from 2006 to 2013 as Secretary and Chair of the Membership Committee. She has attended every National Senior Games since 1999. After witnessing the pole vault competition at her first Games, she was inspired by the athletes and knew she wanted to dedicate her career to supporting senior athletics.

Becky studied Recreation Administration at the University of Kansas and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Washburn University.
