2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana Registration

Online registration for all sports except Pickleball begins Tuesday, October 29, 2024, 1:00pm ET.

Registration for Pickleball begins on Thursday, January 30, 2025, after the 2024 qualification period ends to provide an equal opportunity for all Pickleball qualifiers to register for Pickleball events, which have entry limits in place.

WHEN WILL QUALIFIED ATHLETES BE ABLE TO REGISTER?

Once registration begins, qualified athletes are eligible to register after the Qualifying State Senior Games where the athlete competed submits 2024 results for ALL sports to the National Senior Games Association, and the results are verified.

Athletes who qualified in sports at the states/games listed with “verified” Results Status at the button below are eligible to register for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana.

  2. Click the button above to access online registration.
  3. Enter your NSGA account/registration number or the email address on your NSGA account and your password. If you do not remember your password, click on “forgot password” and a password reset link will be emailed to you.
  4. Once logged in, please follow the steps to complete your registration. The system will only allow you to register for events that you qualified for and Open Sports/Events.

Confirmation Forms

Upon completion of online registration you will receive two emails. One will be a receipt and the other will be an official confirmation letter email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received these two emails within 24 hours. If you still have not received your confirmation letter please e-mail registration@nsga.com.

Registration Questions

Refunds are available with no explanation, minus a $30 admin fee, until Thursday, May 15, 2025. The $12 one-time 2025 processing fee is non-refundable. To request a refund on or before Thursday, May 15, 2025, contact NSGA. No refunds will be issued after Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Mail-In Processing Fee

While we understand that some athletes need to mail in their registration forms, we encourage the use of our online registration system if possible. Registering online makes it easier for us to communicate with you, supports our efforts to keep registration fees as low as possible and helps reduce environmental impact.

Individual/Team Processing Fee

There is a $12 non-refundable processing fee per individual athlete or team member for both online and mail-in registrations. This is a one-time fee for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana no matter how many sports/events you enter or changes you make to your registration.

REGISTRATION CAPACITY

Registration Capacity

  • Sports/events with entry limits could reach capacity at any point during registration.
  • If a sport/event reaches registration capacity a waiting list will be taken. If space becomes available in the sport/event, athletes on the waiting list will be contacted in chronological order and will be given a brief timeframe to accept the opening and to register for the sport/event.
  • Registration capacity for sports with entry limits can be found on the respective sport page at NSGA.com under the SPORTS tab.
  • NSGA is unable to guarantee entry into sports/events that reach registration capacity.

Please see Rule E of the National Senior Games Rule Book for rules pertaining to doubles partners.

Teams

  • The team manager/captain must register a team online before team members can add themselves to the team roster.
  • Teams that register by paper must submit a signed waiver for each team member.
  • Team additions can be made online or by filling out the form below until the final registration deadline.
  • Once  a team is registered online, team members must register themselves and are subject to the one-time $12 processing fee. (see processing fee)

INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM SPORT REGISTRATION FEES

  • Registration fees are by SPORT, not by EVENT. Example: Table Tennis is the SPORT, singles, doubles, mixed doubles are the EVENTS. Register during the early period for singles, doubles and mixed doubles in Table Tennis and the registration fee would be $162.00 including the processing fee.
  • For team sports/events the team manager/captain must register the team and pay the applicable team entry fee in full before team members can register and add themselves to the team roster.
  • A $12 non-refundable processing fee applies to each registrant, regardless of being an individual athlete or a team member.  This is a one-time processing fee for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana regardless of the number of sport/events you participate in or number of changes made to your registration.

Open/Sports Events *
* Open Sports/Events being offered at the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana are Basketball Shooting Skills, Billiards, Cornhole, Disc Golf, Golf Scramble, Power Walk, Powerlifting, Recumbent Cycling Time Trials, Road Race (1-Mile), 8v8 Soccer and Triathlon Relay. Qualification is not required for Open Sports/Events. Athletes must be at least 50 years of age by December 31, 2024, to be eligible for Open Sports/Events. Athletes may register for an unlimited number of Open Sports/Events. It is each athlete’s responsibility to make sure the entries won’t cause scheduling conflicts. Refunds will not be provided for conflicts that result from overlapping event schedules.

Athletes who register for more than one sport will pay $35 for each additional sport added to their registration, except for Basketball Shooting Skills, Road Race (1-Mile) and Tai Chi.

A $12 processing fee applies for both online and paper registrations.
