Michael Calandrino joined the NSGA in 2022 and serves as the Business Manager.
Michael’s career began in the financial services sector in New York, working for Citibank and American Investment Group, where he developed his investment and analytical skills.
Shifting focus to the retail sector, he served as Manager of Business Planning & Analysis for The Limited, and as a Business Consultant for Publix Super Markets, learning drivers of consumer behavior and customer satisfaction. Lastly, as Controller of Transcor, he acquired his accounting skillset.
Eager to leverage his knowledge and work experiences to better serve the community, Michael shifted his career toward non-profit. He comes to us from The Museum of the Arts & Crafts Movement, where he was responsible for overseeing their finance and accounting functions.
Michael’s interest in sports and enthusiasm for cycling and skiing, brought him to the NSGA, acknowledging the importance of physical fitness in improving quality of life and seeking to help further that effort.
