Erica Peterson

Erica Peterson joined the National Senior Games Association in 2024 as the Operations Manager. With a passion for event planning, experience with event management and a background in marketing, Erica brings a unique perspective and skillset to the NSGA team.

Erica was first introduced to the National Senior Games in Ft. Lauderdale in 2022 when the company she worked for was hired to supply and assemble/disassemble the basketball goals for the event.

Before joining the NSGA, Erica was the Operations Manager for Nothin But Net Inc., where she held multiple responsibilities, including oversight of equipment set-up and tear-down, coordination with event organizers, freight logistics with trucking companies and more. Before working in the equipment rental industry, Erica was an Account Manager for a digital marketing agency, serving clients worldwide in vastly different industries.

Erica attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. During her time at UWO, she was also a member of the track & field team, competing in the women’s pentathlon and women’s heptathlon.
