Carolyn Garner
Carolyn started bowling in 1972 in a morning league with her friends. She has been involved with youth coaching and the Local, State and Southern Bowling Associations. Carolyn is currently the senior director on the Birmingham local board. Currently the 2nd VP of the Alabama State Bowling and in August will assume a VP position on the board the Southern Bowling Congress. In 2017 Carolyn will receive her 20 year USBC award at the National Tournament in Las Vegas.
She also enjoys archery. She has held the Ladies’ Southeast Indoor Championship for 3 years with back to back 299 out of 300 scores. Carolyn was born in Talladega, Alabama. She currently lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband Billy of 46 years. They have two daughters.
