Celebration of Athletes

Friday, May 5 (Time & Location: Huntington Park, home of the Columbus Clippers)

The 2023 National Senior Games Softball Championships Athlete Celebration will be held Friday, May 5th and will take our athletes to Huntington Park, home of the Columbus Clippers, the Triple A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians Major League baseball team.

The Parade of Athletes and onfield recognition will happen prior to game; along with the opportunity for a couple of athletes to throw out the first pitch.  Credentialed Athletes will be admitted free and there is an option to purchase tickets for Friends and Family to join in the festivities.

It is also $5 Fridays at the ballpark!  Enjoy small adult beverages for just $5 each and get a slice of Donatos pizza and a soft drink at the Donatos Dugout Stand for just $5!

We will stage by the state that your team is representing then proceed onfield.   At this time, tournament games are scheduled to finish on May 5th by 5pm (barring any alterations to the schedule).
