George Egan

George Egan has served as USA Volleyball’s Event Manager for the US Open Volleyball Championships since 2003. In addition, he has been the Event Manager for the 2009 and 2011 National Senior Games. Other volleyball related activities included being a retired USA Volleyball National Referee (1993-2011), retired National Scorer (1991-2011), former Commissioner of the Rocky Mountain Region, Scorer Chair of the Rocky Mountain Region, Head Volleyball Coach at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, Head Coach of the US Air Force Academy Men’s Club Program, Assistant Coach of the Armed Forces Men’s Volleyball Team at the 2nd World Military Games, Head Coach of the All Air Force Women’s Volleyball Team and Assistant Coach of the All Air Force Men’s Volleyball Team.
