Jo Burrows

Jo Burrows

Jo has been actively involved as a race walk judge and track and field official for 22 years.  She has officiated at the US Olympic Trials, all divisions of the NCAA, NAIA, and USA Track and Field Regional and National Championships for Junior Olympics, Masters, and seniors.  Her international experience includes 10 World Masters Championships and a World Juniors Championship.  Jo has officiated at numerous international race walk trials, as well as national race walk championships.  She continues to serve on the National Race Walk Committee executive board, and in the past, has served on the National Masters Race Walk Committee.  Jo was appointed to the World Masters International Race Walk Judges Panel in 2013.  Being a part of an athlete’s successful performance and providing a safe and fair competition continues to be Jo’s goal as both a race walk and track and field official.
