All medals and ribbons MUST be collected during the Games. The NSGA will not mail MEDALS or RIBBONS after the Games.

*Athlete Check-In*

All participants are REQUIRED to check-in and pick up their Athlete Credential at Athlete Check-In prior to competition (or practice, if you plan on practicing). Check-in is located right in The Village sponsored by AstraZeneca, inside the Cleveland Convention Center (300 Lakeside Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114). A government issued photo ID, with date of birth is required to check-in.

Participants in ALL sports must check-in; no exceptions will be made, even if your event is not being held in the Cleveland Convention Center. Coaches, spouses, partners or friends may NOT check-in for another athlete. Check-in will open Friday, July 19th-July 31st from 7am-7pm.

*Note: Athlete Check-in will close at 5pm on July 26 due to the Celebration of Athletes.

Athletes will receive athlete credentials, race bibs, commemorative programs and athlete bags during Athlete Check-In. After the ATHLETE CREDENTIAL has been picked up, you are officially checked-in and can continue with your quest to be named a 2013 National Senior Games Champion.

Athletes are required to carry their credential at all times and will not be allowed to compete without it. If you lose your credential, you must report it at the Athlete Check-in area in the The Village sponsored by AstraZeneca to obtain a new one. The charge for a replacement Athlete Credential is $10.

Guests/Spectators - All competition is free of charge for guests and spectators.

Disc Golf


Age division for all singles competition at the 2013 National Senior Games will be determined by the athlete‚Äôs age as of December 31, 2013. The following age divisions will apply to both men and women for all individuals: 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80-84; 85-89; 90-94; 95-99; and 100+.


1. Shot Gun Start @ 10:00 am each day and 1-hour lunch break between rounds  
2. 50 - 69 year olds : Two (2)-18 hole rounds on Saturday / One (1)-18 hole round and a final 9 hole on Sunday      
    70+ year olds: One (1)-18 hole round on Saturday / Two (2)-9 hole rounds on Sunday 
3. Final 9 holes will be for the top 4 players in each age division. 
4. Players will play at both parks (July 20 at Veternas Park, and July 21 at the Sims Park).  Based on the final registration numbers, the course schedule will be determined.
5. Awards will be presented 1st through 8th place within each age division.

Sport Rules:

1. This tournament will be conducted in accordance with Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) rules, except for rules stated in NSGA Official Sport Rules document. 
2. May add up to 4 alternate holes per course if required for field. 
3. Maximum 4 players per card; 3 minimum. 
4. Players to play with players of their age division to the extent possible.  Will be awarded separately.

($5 entry for one (1) round of 18 holes random draw "best ball" Registration at course before round. 100% payout.)

Saturday July 20
