Kate Amack

Kate became involved with the Senior Games movement in 1981 with the Rocky Mountain Senior Games (CO) and began serving on the National Senior Games Association Board of Directors in 2003. Her active involvement with NSGA currently includes serving on the following committees: Executive Committee, chair of the Games Committee, Awards Committee and the Wellness Initiative Committee. Kate Amack has worked in the field of senior recreation since 1981. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado. Kate is a facility supervisor of the City Park Recreation Complex. The Recreation Center is multi-generational 66,000 square foot facility and the Fitness Center is a 39,000 square foot facility. She truly believes in fitness as a lifestyle!
